VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
Larry Pantirer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University in 1971. He graduated from New York Law School in 1975, and is a member of The New Jersey Bar Association. In 1985, he and his partners formed BNE Real Estate Group. Larry’s expertise in legal matters, land planning, and the approval process strongly influences the success of BNE Real Estate Group.
Howard Schwartz attended Pratt Institute and Herbert Lehman College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1972. As a principal of BNE Real Estate Group, Howard oversees the construction of more than 25 housing developments and supervises a staff of more than 75 field personnel comprised of sales managers, project managers, and construction support. Howard’s hands-on approach to managing the on-site operations of BNE Real Estate Group is a major asset to the company.
Alan Pines graduated Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1979. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981, from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy. Afterward, he joined his brothers-in-law at BNE Real Estate Group. Alan is responsible for the overall financial development of the company including the supervision of more than 100 BNE staff members in the company’s financial departments.
Jonathan Schwartz is a third-generation principal of BNE Real Estate Group. Leading the company’s acquisition and asset management activities, he is primarily responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing new development opportunities, while also overseeing the daily management of the company and its existing portfolio of assets.
Jonathan’s expertise in sourcing new deals, project planning, and the approval process makes him a valuable asset to BNE. He was recently pivotal in the planning, entitlement, and financing of over 800 luxury apartments currently under construction and coming soon to the New Jersey marketplace. In addition, he is actively pursuing approvals on multiple projects throughout the tri-state area. Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College and currently lives in New Jersey.
Chief Financial Officer
Having over 25 years tenure with the firm, Rhonda is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finances, information systems, risk management and human resource functions for BNE Real Estate Group. Since joining BNE in 1986, she has judiciously restructured the company’s growing accounting department to meet the changing financial reporting, operational, and capital needs of the expanding organization and its ownership entities. Rhonda graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Centenary College and currently lives in New Jersey.

David Pantirer is a third-generation principal of BNE Real Estate Group. A graduate of Benjamin N. Cordoza School of Law, David serves as BNE’s in-house counsel, while also providing financial analysis and investment viability for new development opportunities. He coordinates development budgets, designs capital structures, and solicits equity and debt financing for new developments and capital improvement projects. He interfaces with lenders, partners, and outside equity investors, managing the overall development process to ensure that BNE’s developments are successful for the company as well as our clients and partners.
Prior to joining BNE, David practiced real estate law at Herrick, Feinstein LLP, a Manhattan-based law firm. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and currently lives in New York City.

Marc Pantirer is a third-generation principal of BNE Real Estate Group. A graduate of Fordham University School of Law, Marc serves as BNE’s in-house co-counsel. He coordinates development budgets, designs capital structures, and solicits equity and debt financing for new developments, existing assets and capital improvement projects. He interfaces with lenders, partners, and outside equity investors, managing the overall development process to ensure that BNE’s developments are successful for the company as well as our clients and partners.
Prior to joining BNE, Marc received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development at Columbia University where he focused on financial analysis, investment viability and efficient design of development opportunities. Prior to Columbia University, Marc practiced corporate and real estate law at Seward & Kissel LLP, a Manhattan-based law firm. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and currently lives in New York City.
Executive Vice President of Construction
From implementing design and construction schedules to budgeting, value engineering, field coordination, and managing on-site personnel, James drives all aspects of the construction process to ensure that every BNE community is built on time, within budget, and of the highest level of design integrity and construction quality. Prior to joining BNE, James managed large-scale high-rise development projects for Plaza Construction, a national construction firm with headquarters in Manhattan. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and currently lives in New Jersey.
Executive Vice President, Head of Operations
Seth Cohen is an executive vice president and the head of operations for BNE Real Estate Group. Seth is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s multifamily portfolio and directing all property management activities. Seth also plays a role in the development of new communities, providing financial, approval, and operations guidance in the underwriting, planning, and construction stages of new projects. Seth joined BNE Real Estate Group in 2004.
Seth graduated from Boston University with a major in Finance. He is the co-founder of the New Jersey Real Estate Executives (REX) group of Jewish Federation of Greater Metro West New Jersey. He is also NALP and CAM certified through the New Jersey Apartment Association, and a founding member of their Young Leaders Group.
Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Kristina drives the marketing, leasing, and sales of BNE’s esteemed portfolio of communities, with a strong focus on the large-scale rental developments currently being constructed along New Jersey’s Gold Coast. From market positioning, product development, marketing management, on-site staffing, and ongoing sales/leasing strategies, Kristina oversees all aspects of the marketing and sales/leasing process to ensure that each community is precisely positioned within the marketplace to achieve the highest possible return on investment. Prior to joining BNE, Kristina worked as Project Manager for the Manhattan-based residential marketing firm, The Marketing Directors, Inc., where she represented developers’ interests for some of the most esteemed rental and for-sale developments in the Metro New York marketplace. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption College and currently lives in Manhattan.
