The history of BNE Real Estate Group dates back to 1950 when Murray Pantirer and his two partners started a small home builder business in Elizabeth, NJ. Murray Pantirer is a survivor of the Holocaust, crediting his survival to Oskar Schindler, the German industrialist who saved 1,200 people during World War II. As a mark of their gratitude, Pantirer and his family have named over 30 streets in his memory in communities built by the company.
With a strong foundation and belief in hard work, customer service, and quality, BNE has grown into one of the largest private development companies in New Jersey. This fundamental philosophy has remained throughout the years, and thrives under the leadership of Murray’s son, Larry Pantirer, and sons-in-law, Howard Schwartz and Alan Pines. With the addition of Jonathan Schwartz and David Pantirer to the BNE team, the group continues into its third generation of excellence, which includes a family tradition of renowned reputation, pride, and loyalty.
